What else are we up to?
Pupils develop creativity and technical skills in Art & Design through drawing, painting, and exploring historical art, often linking their work to other subjects. PSHE fosters emotional literacy, resilience, and social responsibility through themes of health, relationships, and citizenship. PE promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and coordination via a range of sports and activities. Computing builds digital literacy and problem-solving through projects in programming, digital art, and emerging technologies. Design & Technology enhances practical skills and understanding of materials through mechanical systems, structures, and cooking projects connected to science and history. Pupils progressively build Spanish language skills to communicate confidently and appreciate cultural diversity. Music lessons focus on rhythm and expression, often enriching cross-curricular learning. Religious Education explores major world faiths, encouraging respect through study of beliefs, practises, and values across Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, and Hinduism.
Opportunities for cross-curricular learning are embraced throughout, enhancing pupils’ engagement and understanding across subjects.
